Chief Executive Forum (CEF) provides an opportunity for chief
executives with profit and loss responsibility in small to mid-size
Detroit area companies or divisions to meet confidentially on a
regular basis throughout the year for half-day morning sessions. One
CEF group is comprised of people heading up operations with annual
sales under $50MM. A second CEF group is comprised of people heading
up operations with annual sales between $50MM and $200MM or number
of employees between 300 and 1500.
Participants meet in small groups of 8-15 members per group to
discuss the issues and challenges they face in their businesses.
Collaboration among chief executives is one of the best ways to keep
fresh and to learn and share with others who confront similar
issues.
CEO Exchange provides the same opportunity for chief executives with
profit and loss responsibility in Detroit area companies or
divisions with annual sales between $200MM and $4B.
CEF groups and CEO Exchange are comprised of chief executives from a
range of manufacturing and service companies.
Participants’ titles vary: Chairman, CEO, President, COO, General
Manager, or Partner. |
